Congratulations to the cast and crew of The Miracle Worker who hosted 350 students form Miller Middle school to a morning performance of the classic drama chronicling the education of blind, deaf, and dumb Helen Keller by teacher Annie Sullivan. The students asked questions of the cast and toured the theater building.
After some nail-biting performances and results in the two rounds of the Southern Section over the previous two week, all of that was realized on Saturday as the 2014 squad became King's first ever boys team to make the State Final.
Former King alumnus Lane Werley helps lead UCLA to the Division 1 NCAA Cross Country Championship for the first time in 29 years. National races are nothing new to Lane as he competed in state and nation championships while at King High School.
