Cell/home phone numbers shared with friends run the risk of eventually being passed to unintended individuals. Pictures sent on cell phones run the same risk and could be posted later on the Internet (Facebook, Twitter etc).
It is against the law to threaten, harass, or bully others with text messages/phone calls or by posting comments on Internet sites such as Facebook or Twitter.
