BENEFIT RATE SHEETS
The following rates sheets contain health and dental plan costs that are composite rates for individual or family coverage. You will not see tiered rates for employee only, employee plus spouse, etc. The rates you see, are the rates you'll pay regardless of the number of eligible dependents. The benefit rates included are 10thly deductions (no deductions in July or August for health & wellfare benefits for ALL enrolled employees).
*10thly Stipends are offered to Certificated & Management employees only, who waive or Opt-Out of health or dental benefits. Classified employees who waive or Opt-Out of benefits effective 01/01/2014 are not eligible for a stipend.
*NEW - All dual spouses (both husband and wife work for RUSD) are now eligible to enroll in medical benefits with dual coverage or may choose to continue to waive benefits options.
