COMMUNITY ACTION EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - For ALL benefit eligible employeesAs part of our commitment to a high quality, comprehensive health and welfare benefit program, RUSD is pleased offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is offered through the local Community Action EAP, a non-profit corporation. Assistance for emotional difficuties, stress/anxiety-related issues, family discord, financial and legal concers, marital issues, alcohol misuse and/or drug abuse, whatever the living program.... help is just a phone call away at 1-800-777-9376.
The EAP provides confidential professional assistance to help employees and their families resolve problems that affect their personal lives or job performance. Besides being confidential, the progam is voluntary; it is designed to allow the employee and their family members to seek help on their own. The program is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

KAISER EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - for KAISER members ONLY
Kaiser members have access to VEBA'S EAP through Optum, which includes 5 face-to-face counseling sessions per incident and referrals to community resources. Get help with stress, relationship, legal, financial, parenting or eldercare problems and more! Use the online Self-Help Programs or Find Resources to explore on your own, or Find a Mental Health Clinician to locate professional care in your community.
