Abraham Lincoln High School would like to invite you to attend our upcoming Teen Fair! The event will feature presentations from adult speakers who have overcome adversity to lead productive and healthy lives. We are also planning for a presentation about the dangers of cyber trafficking. In addition, the event will include opportunities for local community agencies to provide information about resources available.
Good Evening, This is the Riverside Adult School calling with a new opportunity for parents of Lincoln High School students. Beginning in January Riverside Adult School will be offering a GED exam preparation class on the Lincoln High School campus. The GED exam class prepares you to take the General Equivalency Diploma examination which, if a passing score is earned, is equal to earning a high school diploma. The class is free and is open to anyone who is 18 and over and is no longer enrolled in high school. We will be giving priority registration to the parents of Lincoln High School students so if you are interested please act now. If you are interested please come down to the Riverside Adult School to register for the class. We are located at 6735 Magnolia Avenue in Riverside. We are open for registration daily from 8am to 1pm. If you have questions about this opportunity please call us at 951-788-7185 Sincerely, Rachel Bramlett Director, Riverside Adult School

In the coming weeks, you will be asked to give your thoughts on this question: “What would most help all students in RUSD to be successful?” We need to hear from you as our district begins putting together its Local Control and Accountability Plan. Districts throughout California are crafting these plans, which signal a significant change from the state-controlled “one size fits all” educational plans of the past to a more locally-minded plan that specifically addresses the needs of our students here in Riverside. Make sure to have your voice heard! Come of one of the community meetings, included one right here at our school. You can find a full list of meeting dates and times at: www.successforstudents.org. You also can share your ideas at this website.
