The Open Enrollment time period is the only time you are able to make changes, additions, or deletions to your benefit plans, unless you have a life status event (marriage, divorce, birth, loss or gain of other coverage).   If you miss this open enrollment, you must wait until the next annual open enrollment to make voluntary changes to your benefits.   If you do not wish to make any changes, additions, or deletions to your current benefits, you are not required to attend this open enrollment, and no further action is needed from you.

 

There are changes this year to the EPO and PPO plans, so review those carefully.  There are also 2 additional High Deductible plans offered.

*In the PPO plan, you can use any doctor in the Anthem Blue Cross physician network for the "In Network" coverage level.   If the physician or medical service provider you use is outside of this network, then you will only receive the Out of Network coverage.   It is the members responsibility to determine if the provider is In or Out of Network.
